Since man moves a lot with the arms, I also understand that it is a different material. Those armrests are only too hard for me when I lean back and don't sit like normal.
I simply put the chair together on my own -despite the manual recommending that it be done with two people- and have already sat on it for hours. I absolutely do not recognize the critics that the seating area is too hard with this fantastic chair. It is also available in different colours. Bought this chair as a gift for my friend for her birthday. I myself own a DX racer chair. My girlfriend finds her chair a lot more comfortable and I must say her chair is also super good.
Especially a plus of her chair compared to the DX racer chair is the soft back and neck cushions. Because these are not too firm and hard, it is also an actual support, where I have already put my back cushion in the DX racer chair, it is still in the back of my friend's chair. Overall quality feels good, sturdy and heavy. Best chair for me so far! Also does not scratch my parquet.
