Can someone explain to me why she gets hate? Likes Comments 8. Like Even i personally love Seeu and her voice is not that bad.

Though there are still many exceptions This applies for my friends who all used to be vocaloid fans at one time but now they have shifted to kpop and comments that they dont like vocaloid.

So thats why i still try sending them the best vocaloid songs i find to get them back. Lyric Comments. I personally really love seeu and her concerts are super high quality! From Yoshii33 Who can rap faster? Featured post Very late Halloween post. IMO, if the countries want to go at it with each other, they shouldn't lay it on something like a computer product, that is just ridiculous.

A shame what still, although that's something. As Latinamerican, I can say you that kind of stuffs happens everywhere. As example, there still is some degree of tension due the War of the Pacific.

Besides, since the beginning Yamaha had as target the English and Japanese markets. Along with an interest of French too. My only experience to do with racial hate was "American versus British". Which consisted of idiots from American trying to stereotype British folks Which left a long-lasting impression that took almost a decade to get over and NOT be sacred to say "I'm British" without one other non-American being around.

To the point I told one guy to "stop using the English language since English came from England originally Since as you hate us you must hate the fact you use our language". A lot of the racial hate amounts to BS, one side says things that, the other side also says things. No one talks, when they do they don't wanna be mature about it and it ends up continuing hate.

In some cases The hate spawns from something generations before did and has no impact on the current generations. Like the Nazis party. Yes, they did some bad stuff, but not all Germans are like that and this was 50 years ago There has been several generations since then. And not every German was guilty of this and you MUST understand that the reason the party got to a point it could do anything was because the rest of europe was already punishing Germany for what it did in WW Leaving Germany with high unemployment and as a 3rd world country.

But even then, this creeps over into Vocaloid Aside from the bias at how "great" Japanese vocaloids are, SeeU, I've also come across a few folks whose excuses for not buying English Vocaloids is "their not American made".

I kinda don't see the point of using THAT as an excuse. I always refer to Vocaloid as a international thing, those it counts as Japanese tech since its owned by a Japanese company.

Hence why outside of Japan everyone has to pay export prices to use it. In reply to your last sentence OP, you should be aware that plenty of people become veterans in the Vocaloid fandom often with lots of obscure favourites; but still love Miku for their own reasons. She isn't always someone's favourite just because they're ignorant that others exist, though I'm sure that can happen. When I myself only knew of the g8, my favourite was Meiko, but now that's changed, since I know of more.

I think part of it is that the popular ones are the ones you see around first. It's nice to think that all the Vocaloids should be equally popular and are all equal in every respect, but the fact is, the success of the popular ones is what spurred the development of most of the others.

One issue I have with OP's post in general is that it looks at the issue from a complete fandom standpoint rather than anything else. Explore Wikis Community Central. Register Don't have an account? But for some, when they never even spoke to a Japanese person once in their life, they hate them anyways :I But just saying, newer generation tend to just not care or be friendly at times depending on how they're influenced I'm not offended because I know where you're coming from.

As Adept said, it all started in Spain with the developments :.
